Faisal Hussain has been the Director and Founder of True Form Projects since 2012. His interest in heritage stems from his own history and that of previous generations of his family and friends in Birmingham since 1964 onwards. He is part of the ‘Solidarity in Action’ working group, ‘Museum Detox’ and has spoken about radical and alternative archiving at Oxford Brookes University and The University of Birmingham. 

He is also a practicing artist with permanent works in collections at Birmingham Museums and Art Gallery and Manchester Art Gallery with additional works in public spaces in the UK.
